A rear extension to an edwardian bungalow. To minimise construction costs it was decided to accommodate the clients' needs for a two storey extension to the rear of the existing bungalow, minimising demolition and rectification costs. This created an opportunity to capture harbour views to the front of the house, while opening up the rear of the house to a sunlit rear yard.
