Client wanted to maximise the site development by providing a primary dwelling and granny flat. To maximise the new dwelling floor area, the existing house was partly demolished to become the granny flat (Council allowing a maximum of 60sqm of floor area for a granny flat) which allowed the new dwelling to become the primary dwelling with a larger floor area. The development located at the end of the Cul da sac road allowed for a unique development where the site could be split into two,  allowing for each to have their own private open space and parking spot.
